GOOAL! Minamino with a deflected effort to give Liverpool the lead.

Liverpool take on Osasuna in their final pre-season game before the Premier League gets underway next weekend.

The Reds' 2021/22 league campaign kicks off against Norwich at Carrow Road on Saturday and Jurgen Klopp will be looking to use the final warm-up game to iron out any issues.

Liverpool faced Athletic Bilbao at Anfield on Sunday evening and drew 1-1 with the Spanish side after Diogo Jota's first half strike was cancelled out in the second period.

Klopp's side were also dealt an injury blow when Andy Robertson limped off with an ankle injury, meaning deputy left-back Kostas Tsimikas will face Osasuna looking to impress.

Joe Gomez is also expected to start having sat out the Athletic game, along with the likes of Roberto Firmino, Fabinho and Ibrahima Konate.

Jordan Henderson could also be involved.

It appears Kostas Tsimikas’ finishing is as ambitious and wild as Andy Robertson as he lashes one into row z from 20-yards.

He’s not shy getting forward though. With the Scot confirming he’s suffered ligament damage, the Greek’s set for a starting berth for a few weeks at least if given the nod over James Milner.
